●分級(jí)采用臥式分級(jí)輪，比立式分級(jí)輪切割精度更準(zhǔn)，分級(jí)效率更高。
Horizontal-type stepped gear is adopted for classification, which has more accurate cutting accuracy and higher classification efficiency than vertical stepped gear.
●空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)原理正面，分級(jí)輪越大，分級(jí)壞點(diǎn)越多，所以該設(shè)備采用高速小分級(jí)輪，保證了分級(jí)的精度，比國(guó)內(nèi)采用大輪低速氣流磨精度提高1倍以上。

The high-speed particles do not collide with the inner wall of crushing chamber, and the materials do not pass through the nozzle, which lower the wear with no pollution from the product.
